Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Levia (“we”, “us”) operates levia.com.ng, a free learning platform for Nigerian examination practice. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Account details you provide: full name, email address, and optionally phone, school and class.
  • Learning activity: the quizzes you take, your answers, scores, levels, XP, streaks, badges and certificates.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept for security and to keep you signed in.

How we use it

  • To provide the service — track your progress, recommend weak topics, and issue certificates.
  • To send you essential emails (email verification, your certificate). We use Brevo to deliver email.
  • To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a cookie to protect forms from cross-site request forgery. These are necessary for the site to work. Third-party advertising and measurement providers named below may also set their own cookies or similar identifiers.

Advertising & measurement

Levia is free and is supported by advertising. We use third-party advertising services, including Google, to show adverts on the site.

We also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how effective our adverts are — for example, to see when someone who saw a Levia advert on Facebook or Instagram goes on to create an account. The pixel sends Meta events such as page views and account sign-ups, together with technical data like your IP address and browser. It does not send Meta your password or your quiz answers. You can control this through your Facebook ad settings and at Your Online Choices.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to Levia and/or other sites on the internet.
  • You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices.

The partner adverts shown in the level-unlock step are ordinary advertisements. Viewing them is free and earns you nothing but access to the next level — there is no payment to or from you.

Data retention & your choices

We keep your account data while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us. Public certificate-verification pages show only your name, the subject, the completion date and the certificate ID.

Children

Levia is intended for secondary-school students and older. If you are under 18, please use Levia with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
